Payments:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping:

The time needed to deliver your order will vary depending on the delivery location. Customers should expect a 7-12 day delivery time. Our products are shipped via Fed Ex home delivery and will be delivered to your door.

Damaged Shipments:

When the items are delivered please inspect them for damage to the exterior. Please make note before signing for the package of the damage. If you discover damage to the chicken coop once you have opened the chicken coop for assembly please let us know of the damage right away. We will then have you send us pictures of the damage so that we can determine the best solution and file a claim with the shipping carrier if neccesary. Please keep all packaging material in case the shipping carrier needs to come and inspect the damage. We will need to have pictures of all damage to the products before we can send replacement parts . We will need pictures of ANY damaged products before they are returned. 

Manufacturer Defects:

If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions.

Minor Imperfections:

We sale quality wooden product that has traveled many miles and passed through many hands before reaching you. You may receive it with some minor damage such as scratches or chips from the wood. We cannot accept returns for these minor blemishes.

Returns:

All returns must have a RMA number before it can be returned. Any returned items without a RMA number will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Products MUST be received back in the original packaging and in the same condition as they were received. We cannot accept returns of products that have been assembled or used.

Although we do offer free shipping on all of our products shipping for us is not free. Because these items are large and heavy they are costly to ship, because of this any returns will be credited the payment amount minus our cost to ship the product out. This fee will be a minimun of $75.

All packages that are refused or are undelivered as adressed and sent back will be refunded minus any and all shipping fees associated with shipping the item.

All products that are returned will be inspected. Products that are not in the same condition and are not new and in re-sell-able condition will be assessed a minimun 25% restocking fee.

Product Care:

To protect your chicken coop from water and weather damage treat regularly with an exterior wood preservative.
