  I just wanted to let you know how pleasant my experience was.  After I ordered online, I had second thoughts and wanted a larger coop.  After sending an email to inquire about changing my order, I received a call within an hour, spoke with someone who was very nice and changed the order for me.
The coop was delivered very promptly and I found it on my doorstep on the third business day after I placed my order. I unpacked the two boxes and put everything together in a couple of hours. No missing parts, and best of all everything fit together very nicely. Well-designed and solid construction.

  We received the Tavern as promised and it was easy to assemble, the panels were preassembled for ease, and it looks as good as the picture on the website.  We can’t wait till our chickens are a little older so they can enjoy their new coop.
